I live in Elgin I called The Austin Geek Jason came to my house diagnosed a bad hard drive backed up my data right there on the spot came back later that afternoon with a new hard drive had me running in no time this guy really knows his stuff and I payed half what I have in the past bringing my pc into a shop. Jason is full of useful information. I highly recommend The Austin Geek
